Our rental fleet is built around Toyota hybrids, and that is a deliberate choice. Fuel is one of the biggest costs a taxi driver faces, and around town, where most taxi work happens, a hybrid sips fuel while a diesel drinks it. Hybrids are also famously reliable, comfortable for passengers, and compliant with the standards local licensing authorities expect, so you spend your time earning rather than sitting in a garage waiting room.
Every car goes out clean, maintained and ready for licensed private hire work. If something does go wrong, you are dealing with us directly, not a faceless leasing company.
We keep it simple. There are two options, and you pick whichever suits your circumstances.
If you would rather not pay a fixed weekly rent, join us as a company driver. We provide the car, you provide the driving, and the earnings are split 50/50 between you and the company. There is no rent to find in a quiet week, which makes this a low-risk way to start out or to test whether full-time driving is for you. Many of our busiest drivers began exactly this way.
Prefer to keep everything you earn? Rent one of our vehicles for a fixed weekly rate and every fare you take is yours. This suits experienced drivers who know their earning power and want full control over their income. You choose your hours, you keep your takings, we look after the car.
